His instantly recognisable visual style spans journalism, fine art, commercials and fiction. He has worked all over the world telling stories with everyone from Indonesian sea nomads through to Bolivian female wrestlers. In 2017, James launched Fable Films as a vehicle through which to direct commercials and develop feature films. James’ broadcast and advertising clients include Netflix, Apple, Facebook, WWF, Unilever, BBC and National Geographic. Andrea LandHead of ProductionSpanish-American globetrotter Andrea graduated from King's College in Classics and Film Theory after a stint at Madrid's Metropolis film school. She has worked on feature and TV production teams and spearheaded projects of her own -- most recently a documentary about girl skaters. Prior to that she worked in branding and marketing, managing accounts in a variety of markets from luxury to real estate. In addition to Spanish, she also speaks French and Greek. Johnny LangenheimProducerJohnny has produced premium editorial and video content for the world’s leading media brands, companies and NGOs including Vice, Universal Records, The Guardian and WWF. He works extensively in Asia, particularly Indonesia, as well as in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. His background in journalism and creative communications affords him access to unique stories, cultures and communities, combined with a keenly developed instinct for story. Ben SaddDirector of PhotographyBen has shot a number of films for the BBC, Channel 4 and the United Nations. Although experienced in big productions he is most at home creating stunning production value from deep in the jungle with nothing more than duck tape and intuition. His most recent adventure involved building a canoe and then paddling it from Iquitos to Colombia, and making a film at the same time. He is also our in-house drone pilot. Dewi BeckProduction ManagerDewi is a detail-obsessed Producer, problem solver and roving researcher who makes sure all our productions run as smoothly as possible and adhere to timelines, wherever in the world we’re shooting. In addition to producing TV shows, films and commercials in her native Indonesia, she has also worked as a researcher for CNN. William WardComposer & Sound Designer William Ward is an audio postproduction expert whose studio, 19 Sound, specialises in bespoke compositions, sound design, track laying and mixing for film and TV. He works with leading international brands and agencies including Nike, Adidas, Puma, Ferrari, Al Jazeera and Canada Goose. Cara JessopEditor & Interactive DesignerCara is a writer, filmmaker and co-director of inclusive games design studio Enabling Play. She has a masters in English Literature from Oxford University and has trained in interactive storytelling as well as participatory photography. She works with communities throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the South Pacific to tell social, environmental and educational stories, contributing content to international and grassroots organisations including National Geographic, Binumi and ActionAid. Nick RosierVisual Effects ArtistNick is a London-based designer whose roots in the fields of visual effects have led him to work on award winning shorts, commercials and digital projects internationally, in countries as far afield as Australia, Japan and the USA, for clients such as Adidas and Toyota.
